When Your Skin Glows…

It radiates liveliness, it makes you feel confident about yourself and it definitely permeates the beauty within. Makeup, beauty products, etc. act as a cover, however there is no need for a cover when you can have naturally flawless skin.

The first and most important step is to keep smiling! Stress, less sleep, anxiety and mental instability plays a big role in ruining the quality of the skin. When your body is stressed, it may release stress hormones including cortisol which leads to oily skin. Oily skin is more prone to pimples. If you are not able to control your stress levels, try and meditate, it helps you calm down. If that doesn’t work, just simply smile!

Next, you can use natural nourishers such as lemon, turmeric, honey, Aloe Vera, milk, even olive oil works. Try to apply lemon juice on your skin every day before taking a shower, in addition to smoothening, it also tones the skin, and removes black spots on the body (not moles). All you need to do is apply it for ten minutes every day and voila, work done. You can also try milk, little lemon extract with turmeric, it gives a natural glow to your skin. Honey and Aloe Vera both work as moisturisers. Or even olive oil, it makes your skin as soft as a baby’s. Massage your body with olive oil and then take a shower. Then when you try the “scratch test”, you want see any marks. All you will see is smooth, bouncy, glowing skin.

In conclusion, always remember, treating your skin well is really the best kind of makeup.
